It's getting heated across training camps across the country.

Houston Texans receiver Deandre Hopkins and 49ers defensive back Jimmie Ward got a little feisty and threw some punches at each other during a split practice on Wednesday.

Two observations from the following video - it's never wise to punch a guy in the face that is wearing a helmet (break your wrist) and smart move by Richard Sherman to put on his own helmet before entering the fray.
