Clemson tight end 2016 commit J.C. Chalk will play at the 5th annual Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl on Jan. 3, 2016 in Carson, CA on Fox Sports 1.

Clemson wide receiver commit T.J. Chase and Clemson wide receiver target Diondre Overton will also be participating in the All-American Bowl together.

In 2014, Chalk had 34 catches for 460 yards and seven touchdowns. In 2013, he had seven catches for 90 yards. In 2013, he had seven catches for 90 yards. His chief position is tight end, but he lines up outside as a wide receiver during certain offensive packages.

He has national offers from Arizona State, Clemson, Colorado State, Duke, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU and Texas A&M.

The Tigers offered on 4/30/14, and he committed on 6/11/14 at the Dabo Swinney Football Camp. He was the first Clemson commit for the promising 2016 recruiting class.

Argyle (10-1) will play the winner of Friday night’s Pittsburg-Crandall matchup in the second round of the playoffs.
