I believe it was a UT player who made the comparison this past week. After a full game last night he definitely seems to mimic his style.

He seems to be composed but plays 90mph on every play. He’s not the biggest guy but athletic enough to make things happen and isn’t scared to run or take contact. Should be fun to watch the next few years.

I know it’s hard to do when you have people in your face constantly. But he doesn’t trust his line yet. Soon as he thinks there is pressure he takes off. Could have stepped up in the pocket once or twice instead of taking off. And sometimes he runs so far backwards the play has no chance. But I fully suspect he will have that fixed by next year. Everything else is great. His rpo’s he makes the right read every time. He is accurate. He gives his receivers a chance.
