When the Marlins tested positive, most writers wanted to cancel the MLB. Thankfully, cooler heads prevailed and said, "we'll figure this out and move forward." Same thing with the cardinals' tests. Why not just be flexible and roll with it, and move forward the best we can. Same with college football. Just enjoy whatever we can. It's clear most of the players want to play (based on their own IG/Twitter accounts). And it's also still clear that just about all, and maybe all, will be fine even if they got the virus. I get that college sports is different but the hysteria is out of control. We certainly don't make the same commotion over the Pubix produce manager having to report to work and deal with many people every day. Why are athletes different (and again, I realize the difference between college and pros)?
