Trashed again! I heard the mayor and other officials say this wouldn't happen, no parties were allowed, and no permits were granted. Still showed up to fight, break windows, and litter to the point it looked 3rd world out there.

Some of them even stayed behind a day to clean up the beach. It didn't go down at all like it did last year. Try arresting them for littering? dafug?
