Thanks for the update. I've been trying to keep up with it. Why has this not been on some sports channel? We finally get a couple of hours.

Tell me about it. Could have live early week golf. There would have been worldwide eyes streaming in. Sure better than reruns and talking heads.
Thanks for skeeta56 posting. As well as his wrap up on our amazing softball coach and pitcher. Who knows, our next Val may come from Japan. Them gals had some pitching.
Go Tigers - All of them!!!
Annabelle- one shot

One shot from making it in. If, I know, but one girl that knocked her out actually made a hole in one.... on a par 4 !!!!! Cruel game sometimes.

Hit em straight, and may the putts all drop for you!
Congrats also to Annabelle, she shot a 71 the second day, and came oh so close, missing the playoff for the last spots by a single shot.

Isabella tied thru 5. Each birdied the 1st hole (par 5) and 4 straight pars. Comparing medal play, Isabella drew a tough tough draw. Isabella had 4 birdies in the 2 rounds and Lauren had 10 birdies. Lauren had a 9 bogeys and 1 double bogey. Isabella had 5 bogeys.
Lauren gets the first lead with a birdie on 6. So, guess my point above is Isabella may have to beat her making pars and hope Lauren finds a few bogeys.
Isabella birdied 8 and 9 to turn 1 up. Lauren just birdied 11 and 12 to go back up 1. Izzy carded 2 bogeys but I got a feeling she was probably just going for it with a longer putt. Don't know. Fact is, Lauren hasn't carded a bogey yet. Let's hope she finds a few on the way in.
May get to see Savannah a good bit on the coverage tonight.

Well I have to say, Savannah's match is really going like I thought Isabella's match would play out. As per my above post, Lauren could have been -3 or -4 easily in stroke play. She didn't make a single bogey all day. Isabella played good. Unfortunate bogey on the par 3 as that made it 2 down.

Welp. It was good to see the paw on TV. Outcome, not so much. Frankly, Isabella got straight out beat with birdies. Tip your cap to Lauren and grow from it.
Sadly, Savannah gave it away. Perfect drive on 18. Chucked her approach. Looked like she dug a foot of grass.
Tip of the cap to both for making matchplay with the best of the best future tour players. Rest up and win the tournament opener at the beach.

play her last 5 1/2 holes on the Golf Channel . . . I thought when she made the long putt on 14 to save Par, tie the hole and preserve her 1 Up Lead that she would take control . . . Great Battle . . . Even when Savannah left her approach on 18 short and in the bunker . . . She hit a fabulous blast out of the sand, leaving her a 4 footer to save par and extend the match . . . but it slid by on the left, costing her the Match . . . I ached for her as she played a solid round!!!
I did enjoy watching the Auburn committee, Anna Davis, (a lefty and #5 Ranked Amateur) beat the Pinehurst, NC Native, UVA Alum and ACC Player of the Year!!! Wish Anna was coming to Clemson!!!!!!!
I checked on Isabella while I was on the course today . . . She was 1 Up through 9 . . . She had finished by the time I did . . . I’ve got the sads for all 3 of Our TIGERS . . . but I still love and appreciate each one dearly!!!

Big prize is the season. Going to be fun to watch who gets the 5th spot in rotation.
