For TV Contracts the best Super Conference solution would be

1 NCAA Super Conference

Atlantic Coast Div.
Southeast Div.
Midwest Div.
Southwest Div.
Pacific Coast Div.
Northeast Div.

1 TV contract to the NCAA to be split equally among all divisions
Would stop the bickering, and moving (Losing longtime regional rivalries).
Also bring a little more parity among all schools.

ND would not like it, but who cares. They have an unfair advantage for too long & still couldn’t win. And who cares about NBC for that matter.
