I would think we should be at a point to strongly promote the most vulnerable to take precautions, but stop the one size fits all mantra re: vaccines and masks.

NPR is certainly far from a conservative anti-vax outfit, but the news that the vaccines, prior infections or both may afford longer protection than what was thought earlier is a good bit of news.
