Ouch . Thigh bruise maybe . Muscle strain . Could be a hamstring , though ...or maybe pulled quad .
All those episodes of Marcus Welby have finally started to pay off .

It doesn't sound like anything that's going to keep him out. He's one of the players that would we be an enormous blow to us if he wasn't able to play. If it's bothering him at all I hope we try to rest him next week then have him back for the coots and tarholes

I surly hope that everybody is ready to play in the coot game. And I hope that nobody, the coaches or players are over looking the coots, or not taking them serious bc of their W/L record. Like it has always been said about that game, records and talent level between the two teams won't make all that much of a difference. But I do believe that it's an advantage for us that they have Shawn Elliott calling their plays and not Steve Slurrier....

We will need everyone back for the two Carolina games .( NC, SC) and we need to shore up the run defense. That game was frustrating. Glad we won , but stressed me way more then it should have. GO TIGERS!!!!!!

Anyone else notice G-Hop limping off of the field toward the end of the game? I've seen no mention of his injury so I guess it wasn't anything substantial.

Yep - looked like he was holding the back of his thigh. Noticed hem stretching it/holding it during a sideline shot earlier in the game.

Losing Mack would be a huge blow. Arguably our best player in the defensive side of the ball. Hope he is ok.

I would really like to see the coaches rest Gallman this week against WF. Brooks can handle more of the load.

I like it. Like last year when we used Ga State to give Dye his big day. Let Brooks go out with a career game.

Wake isn't a team to sleep on. They are actually very sound on the defensive side of the ball, and I know a few weeks ago were still a top 15 Defense. I hope Dabo has them preparing like they are the 86 Bears.

Syracuse A--holes

I'm just glad it's not worse. Typical Yankee a--holes trying to hurt our guys. That is the culture up there--Syracuse, Boston College, Pittsburgh, all mean ######## compared to Southerners. Thanks, Swoffie for bringing those ###### into the ACC!

You have a good point--Perhaps it's player character issues and what coaches permit and encourage, not culture...
