Jags pass on Pick 17. Top OT's Amarius Mims and Troy Fautanu are on the board. TL16 can't buy a break.

Meanwhile, edge rushers Dallas Turner and Jared Verse go 17 & 19. Both may be as talented as Trayvon Walker who the Jags picked #1 in 2022. It's scary how bad the Jags' GM has been for years.

who’s only played 8 games last year. They need guys that can protect day 1. Now I would have preferred a D player than the WR but I do think he is a good player

That is what they were talking about once their season ended this year, now I'm wondering what caused all that talk to go right out the window and somewhere up into the stands with the fan with players that's not going to do nothing for helping TL16 to get closer to a super bowl win. Bad choices Jags has the making of BAD business for the entire team!!!

Considering Trevor was often injured last year, OL should be their top priority.

OL should be their top priority but not via draft, but via Free Agency. Almost

all rookie OL will get you killed. They need veterans. If that means trading picks or players from other positions then do it but don't draft a guy 17th or 23rd on the OL and expect him to be able to protect your franchise QB in the Fall. 2 years if you are fortunate if you go that route.

I didn't think it was a bad pick. They needed a game-changing vertical threat at WR.

But they have to draft OT and CB today. Robinson and Little are on the last year of their contracts and they desperately need another CB. There's plenty of OTs still available, but I feel like these are the top 5 CBs left, IMO:

Kool-Aid McKinstry
Cooper DeJean
Ennis Rakestraw
Mike Sainristil
Kamari Lassiter
