If Aubrn can hold them to 23

Our defense should do much better because we have an offense. Case in point, I refer you to Auburn's bowl game. LSU will get hit harder than the rest of this season. Do not let up and put this game as a point of emphasis for all those experts next year.

Auburn held them to 23 because LSU couldn't finish drives

Also the Auburn DL created alot of havoc in that game which is something ours hasn't really been able to do. We will have to blitz to create any kind of pass rush.

AU ran a 3-1-7 scheme against them. The secondary was the issue for Burrow. If AU could throw a forward pass consistently, they would’ve won the game.

Auburn has a D front like we had last year. Sorry but you’re comparing apples and oranges

This is definitely going to be a home game for LSU and that is worth several points.

They are going to need more than several points to beat Clemson. Home field, schmome field. Clemson wins.

Also ole miss put up over 400 rushing yards in a 21 point loss . I’m sure OC is taking a peep at that film as well

Lol the good old transitive property of football games...by this logic if UNC held you guys to 21, then even in our lowest scoring game we should still be able to win, because I guarantee our defense is better than UNC and our offense is light years ahead of theirs as well. See how ridiculous that sounds...you guys are better than this. But the fear amongst this group is real.

Then you're suggesting your coaches haven't bothered to watch that game? Dont forget, we lost that game in triple overtime.

Why are you posting on this board, LSU hasn’t figured out how to do a website. Go home.

The score was closer than the game. This was the only game all year where LSU didn't play as sharp and let 12 penalties and 2 turnovers affect the score. LSU was without question the better team and the game was never in doubt. LSU had 508 yards of offense to Auburn's 287 LSU had 30 first downs to Auburn's 16

That was their UNC game. They won.

That's all that should be taken from that game.
Now, the fact that we held the #1 offense to half their scoring average in the Fiesta Bowl is something we should be talking about.

Don't put a lot of stock into stats. It's all about matchups and coaching at this point and we have the edge.

I've said all along Clemson 45ish to LSU ~15

I just don't see them running over our defense, in fact, they will be stunned to experience the best defense they've faced all year.
After Clemson playing OSU, one of the very best in the land, it's just another day at the office for Trevor and company.
