Why can't they make this more user-friendly? Any help is appreciated.

Found tickets (same as every year, as expected) but parking

Parking just says "PARK" And that is really what I was curious to find out. Anyone else having this issue?

If no parking is listed does that mean I don't get any?

If you ordered and received 2 season tickets, and donated at least at the Orange level ($400), you should've received parking. If it's not listed on your account under "Order History" > "IPTAY Parking", I would call the IPTAY office.

WE have donated at IPTAY level ($3200) and had 4 seats in LD UM and parking in Lot 2, for years. Now, if I am reading this correctly, they have moved us to Lot 6, Cox Family, on the other side of the stadium. Why would this happen and I suppose there is nothing we can do about it?

Same thing happened to us - booted from Lot 5 to the far corner in Lot 6. I tried calling, but the lady I talked to was more interested in getting me off of the phone than really helping.

All I can say is get to the games early if you are in the far corner of lot 6. I was there 3 years ago and I always got to the games 3-4 hrs prior to game time and I always had a hard time getting to my spot while maneuvering around the tailgate tents.

It seems like the parking application back in the spring mentioned that some assignments would change due to construction.

That really sucks, but it's the result of success.
People are donating more than they ever have. The group of donors at Jervey level ($4600) and above is now larger than the IPTAY level ($3200).
There are more and more people each year that increase their donation to get better seats. The system that is in place rewards higher donations with better parking (or are at least given first choice), which pushes long time donors to farther out lots.
As number of IPTAY members increases, and number of larger donors increases, you either have to increase your donation, or accept that slightly longer walk is just the result of being a national football power.
Personally, I'll take the success. I'm glad I got my lower level tickets before you had to donate at the Heisman level just to give yourself a chance at lowers. It definitely sucks for recent grads and new donors, but that's just the way it is. Enjoy the success while it lasts, because it won't last forever.

Looks like since my Champion contribution only got me a 6 game pack, no parking.
Time to switch to ramen noodles and donate more for next year.

That has to be the most screwed up website of any that I have ever seen. You have to be able to be a code breaker to figure out where to find the information you need. A well of our athletic department is run, you would think the IPTAY site would be just as good.
