job in the country for baseball...maybe argue top 5. There is no coach in the country who wouldn't at least listen if we contacted them.
Facilities are about to be top notch. We are working on the scholarship deal. It's about to be prime time for someone to turn it around.

IMO, I dont think Fullerton or Stanford are top five..

good jobs and in CA, but limited resources and Stanford has such an apatehic fan base.
One of the California schools are in there or maybe AZ State....just bc its west coast and warm. The fan support and importance isnt nearly what it is in the Southeast.
Id put in my top 5/10 some variation of the following....
LSU, Texas, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, TAMU, Arkansas, Clemson, Florida State, Arizona State, Nebraska (maybe not as much after switch to Big10), Oregon...Im sure Im leaving off one obvious choice.
I base this on fan support, resources (recruiting and/or financial), facilities, history, school committment to the sport, etc.

Clemson is not a top 10 job anymore.

The financial commitment isn't top 10, the facilities aren't top 10, the recent results aren't top 10.
Jobs currently better than Clemson: LSU Texas Cal State Fullerton Florida Florida State Rice Oregon State UVA North Carolina South Carolina UCLA Vanderbilt
and this is just off the top of my head. You can't complain about the school having to run and get balls hit out of the park and then turn around and say you're a top 10 job. You can't look at the likes of a Liberty's facilities with envy and say you're a top 10 job. Clemson does not currently have the financial or facilities (which while you say are going to be "top notch" are still not going to be the caliber of the top programs across the country) support of a top 10 job and the history isn't good enough to carry it there.

BigCUFan listed a number of possibilities a couple of weeks ago. He often has pretty good information about these types of things.

Well, we have not gotten rid of the one we have now. Don't know when that will be.

Won't be this year. Way to much spending money on building, right now.
