Absolutely correct! Great comment! Yanked on his arm (pass interference) so hard to keep him from getting to the ball. Probably a separated (sprained shoulder), but didn’t look dislocated. Hope it is not serious, and he comes back 100% soon!
The announcers were all ‘home boys’ which was expected. They didn’t see what happened on the field, especially their ‘rules expert’…… I always liked Jason Garrett, but now I understand why he couldn’t win as the Cowboys head coach. He watched the game, but didn’t see what was happening right in front of him? Like Tommy Bowden?
We played awful, ‘got our butts kicked’ and I am sure Dabo will have the team ready for Louisville this week. We had the talent to beat ND, but we did not execute. It is behind us now.
Go Tigers, Beat Louisville!

Beaux hurt the shoulder on the play the ND d back tried to pull his arm off and the announcer and former official said there was no foul.

Announcers said on air..."a little pushing and shoving doesn't hurt anyone".
So, how could this injury have been caused by the DB?

I posted on the thread about Jersey Tugs called in the NFL.
The 2015 Alabama rule. "Holding is called as an infraction only when the jersey is stretched at least 12 inches." The Notre Dame clause added in 2022 "or when a defensive back grabs an arm and the receivers shoulder is dislocated"...oh wait!

I hate it for him too. Guess it’s next man up. Hope this doesn’t become a trend like last year.

Looked like Briningstool got rolled up on pretty bad last night and I saw Sage Ennis play the rest of the night. Doubt he will be back this week either.

Ngata straight up didn't go up and challenge for an open ball 2x last night. Beaux has been a ghost. We cannot rely on RBs and WRs making blocks for our poopy line; our TE's should be doing that but as you mentioned JB got rolled up on. Ennis did OK.
Problem is a poopy offensive scheme, a poopy QB outing, and a tolerance for bull-poopy.
I'm gonna take hits for this objective view, but is "Best the Standard" or not?
