When this kid learns the playbook and puts

on some muscle weight, he is going to be very hard to keep off the field. His style is perfect for running our style of offense, Cade better learn something every time he steps on the field, or this kid will sit him down the way he set DJ down, IMPO!!!

I believe Cade is going to be a special player as well. He turned the power on for the team and the crowd Sat night

Already calling for the back-up and he’s not on campus yet.

Not really, but this kid is going to be IMO, good enough to push Cade. The QB job won't be a given to where all he has to do is show up at practice and the job is his. Vizzina I believe will push Cade and make him earn the starting QB spot, and that is all I'm saying. Plus it would be comforting knowing that if Cade was injured, we would have an adequate backup, somebody that if we were in an undefeated season to that point in the season where playoff and NC talk was getting louder for Clemson, we could stay in the talk if our starter had to miss a game or two!!!

Just remember, it will take him an entire season and then he might be “ready”.

His highlights are impressive; he's smooth.

Based on that, which is about all we have, he will be a good one and could push Cade. Long way to go though.

I don’t think he’s going to come close to Cade, looks like a good QB but has lost more games against lesser competition then almost all of our recent highly recruited QBs

Vizzina is the real deal. He’s gonna push Cade.

The proof will be on the field against solid defenses.

He's no where near as polished as Cade. He actually needs to redshirt and learn the system. Hopefully Streeter isnt an issue as well bc Vizzina has some footwork and fundamental issues. Cade ran a very simular scheme at Westlake from what I saw. All that said I think rolling from Cade to Vizzina in 2 years will be a smooth transition and like the raw talent that he has coming in. He will be the ultimate testament to Streeters ability to develop a QB.

Exactly, for some reason our own fans don’t understand how polished Cade truly is. Whether he was ready with the playbook or not he’s one of the most fundamentally sound QBs we’ve ever gotten. There’s a reason Vizzina has dropped in some ratings, he’s good but needs a good bit of work still. If he’s willing to stay behind Cade and learn definitely will be a good one.

Imo none of that factored into Cade replacing DJ early, I believe Dabo and Streeter wanted so bad for it to click with DJ that they were going to give him every chance possible to succeed.
